The next FEW Court Meeting is due to take place on the 18th March 2023 at 1pm, the venue for the Court meeting is
Bedern Hall. Bartle Garth, St Andrewgate, York, YO1 7AL
Agenda and papers will be emailed to Guild Representatives no later than the 11th March.
One of the Items for discussion and a preliminary vote will be a change to the Constitution which has been previously advised.
You may vote via email or in person at the Court Meeting.
If voting via email could you please respond by the 17th March stating whether you are FOR or AGAINST the proposal.
If the proposal meets the required two thirds agreement it will then be put forward at the AGM on the 16th September 2023 in Lincoln.
As per the Constitution Guilds may send what representatives they desire but only the Official Representative is entitled to vote by show of Official Voting Cards only.
