Think before you print
Before you print pages from our website (or emails that we may have sent to you) please take a moment to consider the
following points: –
- Do you really need a printed copy?
- Are there ways in which you can reduce your ecological impact and your stationery bills?
Here are some alternatives to printing:

Save a page as a favourite
Simply go to the "Favourites" menu on your browser toolbar and choose "Add to Favourites." Whenever you want to retrieve
a Web page you can navigate to it from within your "Favourites" folder.

Download content to your own PC
We have tried to make useful documents available in a format that can be downloaded to your PC. To download a PDF or
Word document, left click on the link and then when the document has opened, save it to your PC. Alternatively,
right-click and choose "Save target as" to a copy of the document without first opening it. Emails can also be saved on
your PC, either into separate folders or just within your email software. Be sure to make back up copies of any valuable
data.

Send page links to others or forward an email
If you want others to see a particular page you can simply email a link to them rather than produce a printed copy. If
you want others to have a copy of an email we have sent, why not forward it to them electronically rather than print a
Paper copy? - If you really must print something
If you must print a copy, you may be able to use both sides of each sheet or even use scrap paper where it is adequate
for the purpose.
